Participation

The Blueprint Participation session is all about getting ready to participate.

You’ll be encouraged you to reflect on your nature, skills, and motivations for serving, and consider the need for testing in the process of equipping. Testing is never easy but is it a necessary preparatory stage for service to God, and for growth and maturity. Each of us can expect to be tested in our roles. Emotional intelligence is also important to consider as we get ready to participate. Emotional intelligence involves the ability to assess the emotional atmosphere, dynamics, and nonverbal cues within a given social setting or environment and tailor a response that will respect, resonate with, and meet the needs of those present. Role descriptions provide pertinent information about the specific responsibilities associated with each role.
