It is with intentionality that we will fulfil Christ’s commission. Blueprint is intended to circumvent misunderstandings, differing expectations, offence, disunity, confusion, and hurt, by having a clear pathway for people to become involved and be able to further commit in the ministry at Gateway. It outlines a common vision and purpose for the church.

Blueprint will also fast track and accelerate the development of a person to see if there is ‘alignment’ with the body to further commit and involve oneself.
